Synopsis :

The Domain “ Patient Information System” which System can be


used to keep track of the patients registering in a hospital or clinic. Also,
this system
supports accessing the previous visit histories of any patient, search for
patients by name and other properties etc.

Modules :

1. Patient Register
2. Previous Patient's histories
3. List out of Doctors Details
4. List out the Bed / Room Details
5. categorised : In/Out Patient Details

• In Patient detail, a patient is the person who visit the hospital


for treatment/consultation.

• Doctor - a doctor will be assigned to each patient.

• Bed - if patient type is "In Patient", a bed will be assigned to


the user.

• Visit - a patient can visit the hospital any number of times.

Also this system provides high level of security for data Leaking as
only admin people can access the database no changes can be made in
it until it verifies the user login id and password.

We also have operator login through which operator can take


users orders but can't make changes in the Database, Limited access is
available to the operator.
