Our Founders
Kim Rogers – The Worm Queen & CEO
Kim Rogers is a seasoned wellness professional with over 20 years of experience in Western medicine. She has dedicated her career to advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care – from authoring numerous medical publications, contributing to national allied health certification tests, and providing insights on medical advisory boards.
Kim’s journey took an unexpected turn when she faced her own health challenges. Struggling with endometriosis, parasites, Lyme disease, and mold poisoning, she embarked on a personal quest to stop taking pharmaceuticals and strive for a more holistic and natural approach.
Inspired by her own healing journey, Kim co-founded RogersHood Apothecary in December 2021 and is now its CEO. She invented the globally recognized, best-selling, and viral ParaFy Parasite Cleanse Kit. This kit is made up of high-quality, handmade herbal tinctures designed to help detox the body from unwanted parasites, worms, candida, heavy metals, and toxins, while also supporting overall well-being.
The ParaFy Kit gained widespread recognition after Kim’s personal results with parasites went viral on TikTok and Instagram. With a commitment to transparency and quality, RogersHood products have resonated with a diverse audience seeking natural solutions for various health concerns.
Driven by her purpose and passion, Kim — armed with knowledge, dedicates her life to helping others self-heal and to become their own patient advocates in their lives and health. By sharing her experience and expertise on social media and her own health & wellness podcast, What’s Eating U?!, she is clearly on an unstoppable mission to help the world heal.
Erica Mixon – Chief Production Officer
Erica Mixon holds a degree in Wildlife Ecology and Management, with early career experience in bat research across the U.S. and Nicaragua. In 2016, after facing significant health challenges, she began exploring natural healing modalities — sparking a deep, personal passion for wellness and self-healing.
By 2020, Erica was living with autoimmune disorders, and experiencing worsening side effects from prescription medications. She made the difficult decision to step away from full-time work to focus fully on her health. This shift led her to explore herbs, mushrooms, and targeted dietary changes. Later that year, she completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, which not only supported her physical recovery but also helped her reconnect to her body and intuition.
Inspired by the profound healing she experienced, Erica teamed up with Kim Rogers (MrsRogersHood), whom she connected with on TikTok in 2021. Together, they built a community-centered website to help others learn how to self-heal — a project that quickly evolved into RogersHood Apothecary, offering handmade cleansing kits and holistic resources.
Today, as Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer, Erica oversees manufacturing, website management, and fulfillment. She works closely with the production and shipping teams to ensure every order is crafted and delivered with care. Her mission remains rooted in empowering others on their healing journeys, one intentional step at a time.

When I went to in Bali in 2013, I accidentally brushed my teeth without bottled water *one time* and ended up infested with pinworms.
