Hello Reiki Shores Community!! Welcome to your February 2026 Cosmic Energy and Guided Meditation. February is a threshold month. The Saturn-Neptune conjunction at the very first degrees of Aries is one of those rare alignments that mark the end of an era and the beginning of a very new world. Think of it less as “the world ending” and more as “a previously invisible world becoming visible”. This recording goes through the collective transits for the month accompanied by a guided meditation. It has been created to empower you throughout February by harnessing the energy of the cosmos and providing you with an opportunity to go within and get centered as often as you need in the comfort of your own home.

2/1 Sacred Self-Love: Disconnecting from the World, Reconnecting with You | $100/60 Minute Session

In this special co-hosted experience, you’ll receive a deeply restorative, full body reset designed to support your body, nervous system, mind, and spirit. You’ll be welcomed into a calming treatment room, where all six senses are gently engaged: you’ll rest comfortably on a massage table, take in the soft lighting and serene decor, listen to soothing background music, inhale tranquility with every breath of aromatherapy, feel the grounding sheet beneath you helping your body reconnect with the natural rhythm of the earth, and be invited to notice your inner sense of peace and intuition awakening from within. The benefits you will receive: gentle guided stretching, red light therapy, energy healing and chakra balancing, tuning fork therapy, healing energy infused water, and chocolate.

At Reiki Shores, I’ve seen that consistency is the key to a regulated nervous system, real change, and a life that feels more balanced. Anchor Hour is a weekly, in-person hour where you can return to yourself again and again – a simple, steady practice of nervous system care in a cozy, intimate space. Step into a room that feels safe and nurturing (not a big studio). Be part of a group of no more than 8 people. Settle into stillness and receive a blend of Reiki and Integrated Energy Therapy. Be gently guided inward to notice how your body, energy, and emotions shift week by week.
