I'm sorry for the problems I caused but I can explain the reason.
I needed data for a personal project under Qgis.
I exported this data using different tools: BBBike, Overpass turbo, Geofabrik.
But, I completed my data by adding a number of POI's that I found in the field and that were missing in OSM.
As I thought it was a pity that these new points were not in OSM, I sent all my data using JOSM.
This upload consisted of the imported data plus the points I had created.
I probably shouldn't have done this and I apologize.
It is not me who created the bad tags that are reported to me: they were present in the data that I imported initially.
Feel free to delete anything you think is wrong: duplicates, bad tags.
I hope my explanations are clear. I will proceed differently next time by importing only the new points I have created.
