Wendy May’s Locomotion has always been the place to hear a special mix of music, if you imagine a ‘youth club free for all ‘ that grew up into the most unpretentious dance club in London. Every Friday night at Kentish Town’s Town & Country Club, Wendy entertained two thousand eager dancers with her musical delights, ranging from the classic Soul Eras to the best of Country & Western, R&B, Rockabilly all spiced up with Punk, New wave and her favourite latest bands.
