Dunkerque, France
Marcus Vector discovered the world of electronic music at 19, starting strong by warming up for Warp and Rephlex label nights. He had the chance to refine his skills alongside iconic artists like Plaid, DJ Dun, Cylob, D'Arcangelo, and Luke Vibert, performing at top venues and festivals. In the early 2000s, Marcus moved to Brussels, where his encounter with Sierra Sam in 2004 marked a turning point. Together, they created a unique style of house music—crafted for the dancefloor but enriched with experimental influences from the labels that shaped his beginnings. This collaboration also led to the creation of the labels Toys For Boys, Nomor, and Obsolete.
As a DJ, Marcus has performed in renowned European clubs and festivals, such as Fuse Club, Watergate, Tresor, Bar 25, PraterSauna, Kater Holzig, and The Wood, as well as events like NAME Festival and BEMF. A regular at the Audiorama parties in Brussels, Marcus continues to captivate audiences with his innovative and dynamic sound.
