Loyalty Rewards Program
Terms & Conditions

1. Earning Points

• Loyalty points are earned at a rate of 1 point per $5 spent

• Points are calculated based on the final amount paid at checkout

• Points are earned only on the final amount paid at checkout. Deposits and prepayments are not included in the loyalty program.

• Points are only awarded on completed transactions

2. Eligible Services

• Points are awarded on qualifying in-salon services and retail products

• Services performed by Koray or Antonina are excluded from earning points

3. Bonus Points

• Rebooking in salon earns 50 bonus points

• Referral rewards earn 500 bonus points once the referred client completes their first appointment

• Referral rewards are issued only after the new client’s appointment is completed

4. Redeeming Points

• 1 loyalty point = $0.01 in value

• Minimum redemption: 500 points ($5)

• Maximum redemption per visit: 1,000 points ($10)

• Points can only be redeemed at checkout

• Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts

• Points may not be combined with certain promotions, packages, or discounted services

5. Expiration

• All loyalty points expire after 365 days

​

6. Deposits & Payments

• Points are not issued on deposits or prepayments

• Points are only issued once the final balance is paid at checkout

7. Program Changes

Meg-a-Lashes reserves the right to:

• Modify or update the loyalty program at any time

• Adjust point values, earning structures, or redemption rules

• Discontinue the program if necessary

8. General Conditions

• Loyalty points have no cash value

• Points cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred

• Misuse of the program may result in removal from the loyalty system
