    DTC is a family owned business established by Mr Satyanarayan Jalan in the 1980s when he took over a century-old mining company in Jharkhand. DTC grew its presence in the mining business by expanding its operations and started exports as well in 1990s. After mining, DTC has established itself in the Real Estate business by successfully completing large scale affordable housing projects. DTC has also successfully completed infrastructure projects which include underground water pipe laying tenders. Besides, DTC proactively deepened its sectoral presence by extending from a basic engagement to value-addition to provide superior customer service on the one hand and reinforce the business model on the other.

    The DTC Group is headquartered in Kolkata and comprises five Group companies – DTC Securities Limited, DTC Projects Private Limited, East Commercial Private Limited, Rajmahal Quartz Sand & Kaolin Co. and DTC Minerals Pvt. Ltd.

    Mr Satyanarayan Jalan heads the company as its chairman and Mr Dinesh Jalan as the Managing Director. Mr. Ayush Jalan and Mr. Pratyush Jalan have joined the business as well and are responsible for various business verticals and operations."
