He joined Ahuja Residences in 2008, following a stint in business development at Veer Sanitary Appliances and nearly a decade in industrial hardware sales. This diverse commercial experience has shaped his understanding of customer relationships, business development and operational growth. Today, Sandeep leads one of Ahuja Residences largest business verticals, with a portfolio of 500+ serviced apartments across key business markets, as part of the company’s wider presence across 10 cities in India. The vertical has built a strong niche among corporate travellers, expatriates and extended-stay guests, with Japanese customers accounting for approximately 85% of its clientele.
