Every time here problem facing like , light problem --meter recharge abusing misbehaviour as Salam areas,
And one more thing important no rule and regulations and yes here 1500 re per month maintenance without all servicerss

Sector- 82.
It is excellent locality with lot of greenery. Complete belt of schools. Upcoming World Street, PVR Multiplex with 10 screens, clean air, peaceful environment. Overall good place to live. Sector-82 is a Prime Sector of Nehar Par. It is near to top schools like DPS, Mothers Pride, Shiv Nadar and Shri Ram Milenium. It is a best to live as well as investment purpose. Near to top hospitals and malls just next to Sector-79 only commercial Sector of Greater Faridabad.

Sector 82 lies in the newly developed area in Greater Faridabad. Other sectors neighboring sector 82 include- Kheri Kund, Bhataula, Badoli, Bhatola, Sector 83, Sector 8 etc. There are a number of residential societies (vertical type development) in the locality like SPR Real Estate, BPTP Park Grandeura, Auric City Homes, Puri Pranayam etc. The BPTP Limited, Omaxe, Auric Group, SS builders etc. are some of the active real estate developers in the sector.
Physical infrastructure
Sector 82 is inside out connected through roads, Metro, and Railway. The nearest metro station to Sector 82 is Bata Chowk Metro station (approx. 5 km) on Line 6. IGI Airport is 50 km from Sector 82 and nearest railway station is Faridabad Railway Station (8.2 km). The Faridabad bypass road connects sector 82 to Noida and New Delhi. The construction of Faridabad and Greater Noida expressway is also on full swing and is expected be completed by March 2020.
