Noida has not realized that life is surprisingly peaceful here. Sector 104 Noida has a peaceful street, green areas and local markets. To go to large malls or night life, you have to drive a bit, and otherwise it is ideal to go about your daily life and have a relaxing time in the suburbs.

Though, parts of the sector also comprise residential developments including the prominent apartment complex of ATS One Hamlet along with few housing buildings in Hazipur village area such as Advetaya Smart Homes and Sukhdham Residency. Sector 104 is essentially a part of the Noida Expressway micro-market and therefore benefits from smooth road connectivity. It is surrounded by other residential localities of Sector 107, 100, 110, 105 and 108.
Physical infrastructure
Vishwakarma Road along with several other sector roads easily connect Sector 104 with Noida Expressway. The sector also stands well-connected via the extensive Dadri Main Road. Moreover, the Aqua Line of Noida Metro is also not far away (4-6 km) and serves the sector via several metro stations at NSEZ, Sector 81 and Sector 83. Besides, the important Botanical Garden metro station (Blue Line & Magenta Line) is 7 km away and can be used effectively for long distance commute within NCR.
