Pari Chowk is the region which is located at the exit point of NOIDA-Greater NOIDA Expressway, and at the entry point to the Greater NOIDA. The locality is about 20-30 min drive from Gautam Budh Nagar, NOIDA Extension, Udyog Vihar (in Greater NOIDA) and Dadri.

Soon to be operational, Pari Chowk Metro Station is expected to provide a new dimension to this locality. Pari Chowk Metro Station is coming up near the Gol Chakkar of Pari Chowk. Once operational, one can reach different parts of NOIDA, and Greater NOIDA, and further to other areas of Delhi in the comfort of a metro.

The Indira Gandhi International Airport is 50 km via NOIDA-Greater NOIDA Expressway, and takes around 1 to 1.30 hours depending on the traffic. The Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station is 35 km from the locality and at a distance of 1 hour depending on the traffic. The Anand Vihar Terminal is 35 km from Pari Chowk, and can be reached in 1.30 hours.

The most prominent feature of the locality is the presence of a great public transport network in the region. Apart from the upcoming metro station, the locality is served well by various bus services, including UPSRTC, which connects the locality to NOIDA, Delhi , and multiple localities around North India. You can easily hire a cab, auto and rickshaw from the locality. However, the region faces traffic problems during peak hours.

There are many attractions near Pari Chowk, including the Budh International circuit, and Surajpur Bird Sanctuary, which are placed within 15-20 km radius of the locality.

In terms of the educational institutions, the localities of Knowledge park 1, 2 and 3 constitute multiple colleges and institutes within the 5-7 km radius. Major universities and colleges include Gautam Buddha University, Sharda University and IIMT.

The locality is a secure locality which has a lot of police presence. The roads in the locality are well lit with a lot of food joints and restaurants open throughout the night. Presence of a lot of working population and commercial hubs in the region led to frequent traffic jams. To address this issue, authorities in the region have ordered the redesigning of Pari Chowk to ensure smooth functioning of traffic.  

In terms of residential growth, most major localities around Pari Chowk, including Delta, Beta, Gamma, Alpha sectors, are residential in nature, and offer residential options in budget. The locality majorly houses independent houses and gated societies which ensure security. The occupancy of the locality is also quite good at 60-70% which is better than the occupancy level in other regions of Greater NOIDA.

Majority of the buyers in the region are from the service class, especially people who have retired from their respective jobs in Delhi and want to live in a good atmosphere.
