We are an infrastructure development and management Company. Our Company is engaged in the business of Real Estate, EPC Infra, and Tollway Collection. A trusted name since last 2 decades.Highway Infrastructure Limited and our Group Companies, shaping the future of infrastructure through three core areas.-Toll CollectionOne of our major revenue-generating segments is a Toll Collection business. We conduct a survey for toll analysis encompassing traffic patterns, alternate routes, and revenue collections, including growth estimates, that allows us to place bids in a better manner. Toll charges are provided by NHAI in the tender and are usually revised on an annual basis. While NHAI provides the operation system, the staffing is under our control. Our tollway collection business is mainly operational across expressways, typically having 3 to 4 lanes of traffic services.-EPC Infra ProjectsIn EPC Infra Projects, we undertake to develop roadways, Bridges, and highways. We carry out projects and services for government departments namely NHAI, IDA, PWD, IMC, and private parties. It also undertakes the Construction of civil infrastructure for residential buildings, commercial buildings, hospitality buildings, etc., and civil works for other infrastructure projects. We sometimes sub-contract the EPC Infra projects, for which we enter into an agreement for labour and materials.-Real Estate Real Estate is one of the Company’s business segments. We have been in this business since 2010. Under this segment, we own, develop, construct, and sell commercial and residential properties. We have developed gated communities and housing projects. The projects of Highway and Sacham Real Estates are: Projects by Highway Infrastructure LimitedCalifornea Citi at Kanadia Road, Indore: Californea Citi is a Plotting project, Initially, we developed 83 rowhouses. After this, we are delivering the developed Plots over there. More than 500 families live there happily.
