Dilshad Colony is connected to the other parts of Delhi through buses and metro. It is served by a DTC depot, which is in proximity with the locality. Dilshad Garden Metro Station in Delhi and Shahid Nagar Metro Station in Ghaziabad, both on Red Line, are also within 1 Km from the locality. The nearest railway station is Anand Vihar Railway Station, which is 8 Km (15 min), and Delhi Railway Station which is 13 Km (24 min) from the locality.
