Some of the key residential areas in the neighbourhood include Jaya Nagar, Raheja Estate, Trimurty Nagar and Khatau Estate. Devi Pada has good connectivity with rest of the city via Western Expressway road, the locality is almost opposite to Dattapada Flyover. Borivali Railway Station (1.9 km) on Western Line caters to the area. The Mumbai International Airport (17.2 km) is around 30 Minute drive from Devi Pada. The proposed Mahavir Nagar Metro Station on Line 2 (Dahisar to Mandali) which is tentatively scheduled to be operational in 2022 would likely improve connectivity to the area.
