  • Real talk. Real change. Real impact. That’s what 15 GE Vernova leaders took part in at the American Clean Power Association (ACP)’s #EmpowHER26 conference last week, representing Wind's Manufacturing, Operations & Maintenance, Operations Management Leadership Program, EHS, and GE Vernova's EDGE Teams.    One of the best parts? Celebrating Brandy McGraw, who made history as one of ACP’s first-ever EmpowHER Leadership award winners! 🏆    In addition to this recognition, our team took the stage to help lead the conversation… ✨ Brandy McGraw, Pensacola's Executive Site Leader, engaged in an honest talk about what it really means to engage with the C-suite in the C-Suite Real-Talk panel; here, she shared how her ongoing interaction with Pensacola's community and government leaders translates to the boardroom.  📈 Liz W. (Wangu), Managing Director & Counsel - Financial Services, spoke on a panel Clean Energy Project Finance through the CFO Lens, where she shared how to speak the "CFO language" to secure funding and drive long-term clean energy success. 🛡️ Shanon Lutomski, Senior Director - Services Supply Chain, participated in a panel called From Support to Sponsorship: Women as Allies in Action, where she explained how initiatives like employee resource groups and front line leader training are building the diverse, equitable workforce of the future.   It wasn't just about sharing insights—it was about shaping the DNA of the clean energy industry. What question would you ask our panelists?   #ACPEmpowHER26 #WomenInEnergy #FutureofEnergy

  • At the recent Australian Clean Energy Summit (#ACES2026) in Sydney, the message was clear: Australia’s energy transition has moved past the “why” and is now firmly focused on the “how.” GE Vernova was honored to take part in these critical discussions, reinforcing our long-standing commitment to powering Australia’s future. Several of our leaders shared their insights on the ACES stage: 🎤 Guy Lynch , VP – Wind Manufacturing, discussed the realities of "Coal's Endgame" and the importance of moving from global climate commitments to domestic speed. He underscored how @GE Vernova’s "workhorse" strategy—combining proven technology with deep local expertise—is essential for meeting Australia’s growing energy demand. 🎤 Jackie Brown , General Manager of Projects – Australia & APAC, represented GE Vernova on the Women in Renewables panel, highlighting the importance of fostering a diverse workforce to meet the challenges of the energy shift. 🎤 GE Vernova's Electrification segment's Ross Sang dove into "Firming the System," exploring the vital roles of storage, gas, and next-gen BESS configurations in maintaining grid stability. From supporting some of the nation’s largest wind projects to advancing the digital innovations required to integrate a more complex energy mix, we are proud to be part of the solutions helping to shape Australia’s next chapter. Tell us … what do you think will accelerate the future of energy in #Australia? GE Vernova in Asia | Clean Energy Council #GEVernova #EnergyOfChange

  • This week, the GE Vernova team was honored to join Aula Energy for the official groundbreaking of the Carmody’s Hill Wind Farm in South Australia. This 256 MW project is about more than just infrastructure—it’s about the collective effort required to support Australia’s ambitious net-zero targets. It’s an example of what happens when vision, community, and technology align toward a common purpose. As David Lian, General Manager – Sales & Business Development in Australia, noted: "Seeing Carmody’s Hill break ground is a powerful reflection of what happens when vision meets execution. By pairing our 6.1 MW-158m technology with a truly collaborative approach involving the Nukunu People, local landholders, and regulators, we are proving that we can deliver world-class renewable energy infrastructure." 🔗Read details of this project in the comments.

  • Safety is not a competition. That’s why GE Vernova has adopted American Clean Power Association (ACP)’s first-of-its-kind safety certification program – a program developed by the industry, for the industry. This program creates a shared safety standard for clean energy professionals, with a consistent, industry-recognized way to verify and validate the skills and competencies of the technicians that keep our wind turbines running. The best part? Certification is portable, helping create new and stronger career pathways across the industry. Together, we can build a safer, stronger wind industry. Are you in?

The clean energy industry is growing faster than ever. To meet this moment, we need workforce systems that can grow with it. Today, ACP is proud to launch the first industry-developed, hands-on competency certification designed to create a shared standard for wind, solar, and battery storage technicians. Built by industry, for industry, this program validates what technicians can do in the field through hands-on assessment – recognizing skills regardless of where someone was trained. We are proud to recognize GE Vernova, Leeward Renewable Energy, and MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure as inaugural adopting companies helping establish this new industry standard and we look forward to working with companies across the sector to continue building it. • It is rare to witness a project that redefines what’s possible in our industry. SunZia is a masterclass in modern infrastructure, and we are honored to have played a part in bringing it to life. Congratulations to the team at Pattern Energy for reaching this landmark milestone. SunZia is more than a renewable energy infrastructure project; it is a vital bridge to a reliable, sustainable energy future for approximately 1 million homes in the western United States. What makes this achievement truly "historic" isn't just the sheer scale—it’s the innovation and determination behind the execution: 🛠️ A Flagship for U.S. Manufacturing: From our nacelles built in Pensacola, Florida, to the work of our 15+ domestic partners, SunZia proves the power of a resilient, locally-driven supply chain. 💡 Innovation at scale: We are proud to debut our 3.8 MW-154m turbine at this site. This turbine builds on existing, proven technology and is the most tested and validated wind turbine in GE Vernova’s history. ✅1st Digital Blade Certifications: This project marks the first use of our AI-backed digital blade certification; each of the 2,022 blades were analyzed at three distinct stages - at the factory, at delivery, and after installation. SunZia serves as a blueprint for how we can tackle the complex energy challenges as demand surges. It’s proof that when you adopt a partnership mindset, the impossible becomes reality. Congratulations to all involved!
