For new machine generations, software, data, and connectivity are increasingly determining performance, upgradability, and differentiation. At the same time, we're witnessing a transformation of how humans design, operate, and interact with machines. In this edition of TTTECH 's CEO Talks, Georg Kopetz, CEO and co-founder of TTTECH, and Janosch Fauster, Director of the Application Development Center at TTCONTROL, discuss how next-generation computing architectures, software lifecycle management, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and MLOps are enabling the transition from automation to autonomy. The discussion highlights why software-defined machines are not only about software itself, but also about the infrastructure required to continuously develop, deploy, validate, and operate software throughout the entire machine lifecycle. From software architectures to autonomous machines Software-defined machines are becoming a defining trend across the off-highway industry. Every enterprise runs on three things: knowledge, people, systems. NexZ turns them into one living engine — learning, adapting, orchestrating, predicting — so work doesn't just get recorded or assisted. It gets done. Technology creates capability. Execution turns it into adoption. AITX brings together AI software, purpose-built hardware, deployment expertise, and customer support to help autonomous security move from innovation to real-world performance. Because innovation only matters when it works in the real world. #AutonomousSecurity #AgenticAI

Free flow tolling sounds simple from the outside 🤔 A vehicle drives through, the system reads the plate, identifies the vehicle and processes the transaction. But doing that accurately at high speed, across different lanes, vehicle types, weather conditions and plate formats is where it gets difficult 😅 That is why reliable vehicle identification is such an important part of any MLFF or free flow tolling project. Tattile’s Tolling+ combines ANPR, vehicle detection, AI processing and secure integration in one platform, with vehicles detected at speeds of up to 320 km/h. For me, the most important part is not just the headline accuracy. It is whether the system can perform consistently in the real installation environment and integrate properly with the wider tolling ecosystem. That is where good technology, correct installation design and strong cooperation between the manufacturer, integrator and operator all need to come together 🤝 Really exciting to see how quickly free flow tolling is developing across Asia-Pacific 🌏 #Tattile #Tolling #MLFF #ANPR #IntelligentMobility
Free flow tolling demands one thing above all: reliable vehicle identification at high speed, with secure operations and seamless integration. Tolling+ is Tattile’s solution engineered for tolling applications, combining high performance, dual AI accelerators, and a secure software architecture. 📸 Up to 8 Mpx on the OCR channel with a high-quality sensor; 🌐 Integrated secure-by-design software for accurate vehicle identification and toll collection efficiency; 🚗 Vehicle detection up to 320 km/h (198 mph) with up to 99.9% detection accuracy. Over the weekend, I read the insightful TM Forum paper, Scaling to Autonomous Network Level 4. It reinforced a core truth: reaching Level 4 autonomy is not just a technical milestone. It requires a synchronized effort across every layer of a Communication Service Provider organization. While the fundamental principles echo the DNA of digital and technological transformations from the past 30 years, the challenge remains the same: how to best serve our customers by keeping people, processes, and tools aligned with rapid technological changes—all while balancing innovation investments with clear business goals. To digest these insights, I mapped out the key ingredients and findings into a single one-pager (attached). #AutonomousNetworks #Telecoms #DigitalTransformation #TMForum #Innovation #BusinessStrategy

𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 Most infrastructure is still managed on fragmented data — and it shows up as financial and operational loss. Engineering models in one system. Maintenance records in another. Operations somewhere else entirely. The result? Slow decisions, wasted time, and money spent on problems that were visible too late. By the time the data is pulled together, the decision it was meant to support is already outdated. At DGTwin, we connect it all — into one operational digital twin. A continuously updated digital replica that links engineering design with real-world operations, turning scattered data into a single source of deep understanding for the asset. Static Information → Continuous Understanding Decisions made proactively, not reactively. You control the situation — not the other way around. #DigitalTwin #Infrastructure #Maritime #Engineering #AssetManagement #DigitalTransformation
