Casting begins long before the first headshot or audition lands in the inbox. It starts with understanding the creative vision and working together to turn it into a clear, castable brief. Who feels right for the story? What does the role require on set? How will the performers work together? And what needs to align across the schedule, budget, location, and usage? Getting those decisions right early helps clients move forward with confidence, and helps avoid costly surprises later in production. Sometimes, it also means finding three actors on a Friday afternoon for a Monday morning shoot.
