High Energy. Real Lessons. Some sessions are fun. The best ones are fun and leave the team with something they did not have before. The The Walt Disney Company team took on a series of Rush-A-Way challenges that kept everyone involved and competing closely throughout. What came through across the rounds was not just the energy, but how much the format pushed people to listen to each other and figure out how to work together in real time. That combination of high energy and genuine learning is exactly what a well designed session should produce. #TeamBuilding #EmployeeEngagement #CorporateEvents #TeamDynamics #WorkplaceCulture

Most people think Disney’s biggest strength is storytelling. I don’t. Storytelling is the outcome. Consistency is the reason it works. I’ve just finished editing a short film from across all four Walt Disney World parks. Watching it back, what struck me wasn’t the castles, attractions, or fireworks. It was the consistency. Thousands of interactions. Hundreds of environments. Tens of thousands of Cast Members. Four completely different parks. Yet it all feels unmistakably like Disney. That doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of countless small decisions being made consistently over many years. The same principle applies to every business. Customers rarely remember a strategy deck or a mission statement. They remember how consistently you delivered the experience you promised. The organisations that stand out aren’t always the ones with the best product. They’re the ones that make excellence feel predictable. That’s much harder to build. And much harder to copy. Curious to hear your thoughts: What’s one brand that consistently delivers on its promise every single time? #CustomerExperience #Leadership #CommercialStrategy #BrandExperience #Disney #BusinessThinking

Disney just lost $4 billion by wavering on their own ethical standards. When brands flip-flop on core values to chase short-term PR wins, they don't just lose money—they lose their audience's trust. The Walt Disney Company has spent a century building worlds people want to live inside. Today, they invited us in. 🏰 OpenArt AI has been selected for the 2026 Disney Accelerator, alongside FieldAI, Physical Intelligence, Promise, and Simile. Five companies this year. Around 60 in total since 2014, with alumni like Epic Games and ElevenLabs. I get to see this news from a slightly different seat than most. I don't train the models. I don't ship the product. What I do is sit across from candidates every week and try to answer one question honestly: why here? Today that answer got a lot easier. What put OpenArt on Disney's list was a conviction, held by about 75 stubborn and ridiculously talented people, that fans shouldn't only consume characters and stories, they should be able to create with them, and that creators should keep control of what they make. To Coco Mao, John Qiao, and every single person at OpenArt: you did this. I just get to brag about it. And yes, we're hiring. If you've been waiting for a sign, this one is fairly loud. 🎬 Demo Day is on the The Walt Disney Studios Lot in early November. See you there. Excited to share that OpenArt is officially part of the The Walt Disney Company Accelerator 2026 cohort! Over the next few months, we’ll work closely with teams at Disney, leading up to Demo Day in November (more to share then). Can’t wait to learn from some of the best storytellers in the world. Walt Disney’s 1957 map is still one of the cleanest examples of business design I’ve seen. He did not think like a creator. He thought like someone building a system where one core asset could keep producing new outcomes. That is why the Disney chart still matters. It shows the difference between a business that depends on one product and a business that keeps expanding around a core idea. MrBeast and SKIMS make the same point in modern form. Attention is not the end goal. It is the raw material. The real game is what you build around it. If you understand that, you stop asking, “How do I go viral?” and start asking, “What does this attention become?” That question changes everything. #BusinessStrategy #CreatorEconomy #BrandStrategy #OPS

Disney Earnings Top Estimates as Parks, Streaming Drive Growth Revenue for Disney’s experiences segment, which includes theme parks and cruises, rose 10 percent year over year to $9.97 billion. Chief financial officer Hugh Johnston said domestic performance was strong, with US park attendance up 3 percent and per capita spending increasing 4 percent.
