Today, we announced a new strategic collaboration and software agreement with Bristol Myers Squibb to deploy Bunsen, our AI co-scientist, within their research organization. Building on our long-standing partnership, we will collaborate with BMS scientists on developing novel functionality within Bunsen in conjunction with our computational technologies designed to enable large-scale chemical exploration as well as with RetroSynth, our AI-driven synthesis planning platform. Our shared goal? To help researchers prioritize the most promising molecules with greater confidence, think differently about how physics-based tools can be used to navigate molecular design, and accelerate the discovery of innovative medicines for patients. Schrödinger and BMS just expanded their partnership to deploy Bunsen, an agentic AI co-scientist, at scale across BMS's research organization. Read this today and wanted to share it. Bunsen is designed to run Schrödinger's validated, physics based computational methods and interpret the results, along with RetroSynth for synthesis planning. The real value here is AI working within and reasoning through methods that already have scientific rigor built in. We talk a lot about pilots and proof of concepts in this space. This is a large pharma organization moving agentic AI into production at scale. Worth watching where this goes. #AgenticAI #AIinPharma #CancerResearch #DrugDiscovery

What does in-house validation actually look like in practice? In Proteintech's new 'Give Me Validation' series, Professor Vladimir Gelfand at Northwestern University shares how his lab tests new antibodies, and what he thinks of Proteintech's approach to validation. When an antibody is developed and validated by the same team that manufactures it, the science speaks for itself. #Proteintech #InHouseValidation

A New Chapter for DPBIO 🚀 We’re excited to announce that DPBIO has officially joined Cambridge Scientific Labs in Watertown, Massachusetts. Our new home gives us access to high-performance, startup-ready BL-2 laboratory infrastructure and a dynamic life sciences community—an ideal environment for taking our work to the next level. At DPBIO, we are advancing next-generation, high-throughput droplet microfluidics to accelerate antibody discovery and enable more precise approaches to medicine. With the space, equipment, and flexibility to scale, we can move faster, deepen collaborations, and continue pushing the boundaries of discovery—one droplet at a time. Thank you to the Cambridge Scientific Labs team for the warm welcome. We’re excited for what comes next. New lab. Next-gen discovery. #DPBIO #DropletMicrofluidics #AntibodyDiscovery #PrecisionMedicine #Microfluidics #Biotechnology #LifeSciences #BostonBiotech #WatertownMA #CambridgeScientificLabs

How does a molecule become a potential medicine? At Amgen, scientists across chemistry, biology, and data science work together through the design–make–test–analyze (DMTA) cycle to move discovery forward. From designing molecules to testing and refining them, this is how modern drug discovery happens and how potential medicines begin. Explore the life of a molecule and the people behind it. #DrugDiscovery #MedicinalChemistry #BiotechR&D #MolecularScience #TranslationalResearch #LifeSciencesInnovation

🚀 We are excited to announce the launch of LIMMIC, a new two-year collaborative research project together with our partners CeMOS Mannheim and mzio. The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) on the German side. Together, we are developing a new generation of calibration standards that unlock the full potential of Polymer Factory's SpheriCal® platform. By combining calibration and normalization across three key mass spectrometry dimensions—LC retention time, m/z, and collision cross section (CCS)—we aim to significantly improve the comparability and reproducibility of multidimensional MS data across laboratories and analytical platforms, addressing one of the major remaining challenges in metabolomics and lipidomics. As part of the project, CeMOS Mannheim will perform a case study focused on the analysis and spatial distribution of oxidized lipids, demonstrating the capabilities of the new calibration workflow. We are looking forward to this scientifically exciting collaboration and to bringing innovative calibration solutions to a field with tremendous scientific and commercial potential. #LIMMIC #MassSpectrometry #Metabolomics #Lipidomics #CCS #Calibration #Research #Innovation #PolymerFactory
