𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 Innovation is no longer created in isolation. The world's most impactful technologies emerge through collaboration across universities, research institutions, industry, investors, and governments. Through the E1 Global Innovation Council (E1-GIC), I am committed to building a global innovation network that connects outstanding researchers, distinguished professors, industrial leaders, and strategic partners to accelerate research, technology commercialization, and sustainable development. Over the past few weeks, we have begun reaching out to leading universities and global industrial companies to establish long-term partnerships that transform innovative ideas into real-world solutions. Our vision is simple: Connect Innovation. Connect Industry. Connect Investment. If you are a professor, researcher, industry leader, investor, or policymaker who shares this vision, I would be delighted to connect and explore opportunities for collaboration. Together, we can build a stronger global innovation ecosystem for future generations. #E1GIC #GlobalInnovation #InnovationNetwork #ResearchCollaboration #UniversityIndustryCollaboration #TechnologyCommercialization #EnergyTransition #SustainableInnovation #Leadership #FutureTechnology

Summer can provide a valuable opportunity to bring future people and skills requirements into focus. It is a useful time to ask: • Where are we overly reliant on one or two individuals? • Which skills will we need for the next stage of our development? • Are there leadership or specialist gaps that could restrict progress? • Do those needs require a permanent appointment—or could interim or fractional expertise provide a more immediate and flexible solution? September often brings renewed momentum. Projects accelerate, investors and partners re-engage, and decisions that appeared less urgent during the summer quickly move up the agenda. Using the summer period to assess future people and skills requirements means organisations can enter the autumn prepared, rather than beginning the search for expertise once the need has become critical. At SCi Partners, we help life sciences organisations identify and secure the leadership and specialist talent needed to support their continued growth. #LifeSciences #Biotechnology #ExecutiveSearch #InterimLeadership

I have just attended an excellent session by Sascha Evans titled: Not everyone thinks like you: how to run workshops, presentations and meetings that work for every type of thinker. It was one of those brilliant sessions that was immediately practical. Clear frameworks, simple self-assessment tools and, most importantly, a reminder that effective communication starts with understanding that our audiences do not all think, process information or make decisions in the same way. Whether presenting research, developing products, leading workshops or communicating with stakeholders, we should build our delivery for all from the start. Considering cognitive diversity is not only about inclusion, it is about improving understanding, engagement and ultimately better outcomes. One idea that particularly resonated with me was Sascha's use of #biodiversity as a metaphor. Just as healthy ecosystems depend on a diversity of species, each thriving under different conditions and contributing in different ways, our differences in how we think, learn and solve problems are a source of collective strength. It was a powerful reminder that creating environments where different types of thinkers can thrive is not simply about inclusion, it is about enabling better ideas, better decisions and better outcomes. Thank you, Sascha, for a thought-provoking and highly practical session. There were plenty of ideas that I will be taking forward into both my academic work at Liverpool John Moores University and our product development at Prorizon

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 Throughout my career, I have learned that transformative innovation is rarely achieved alone. The most impactful technologies are built through strategic partnerships that bring together universities, research institutions, industry, investors, and governments. Today, through the E1 Global Innovation Council (E1-GIC), I am committed to building a global ecosystem where ideas evolve into real-world solutions through collaboration, trust, and shared expertise. By connecting world-class researchers with industrial partners and investors, we can accelerate technology commercialization and create innovations that deliver lasting economic, environmental, and social impact. Strong partnerships do more than advance technology—they create opportunities, strengthen institutions, and inspire future generations of innovators. I look forward to connecting with organizations and individuals who share this vision of building a more innovative and sustainable future together. #E1GIC #StrategicPartnerships #GlobalInnovation #ResearchCollaboration #UniversityIndustryCollaboration #TechnologyCommercialization #Leadership #Innovation #EnergyTransition #SustainableDevelopment

⭐ If this were simply a story about winning, it wouldn't be worth telling. Awards celebrate a moment...But they don't tell the story of the years that came before it. They don't reveal the difficult decisions. The moments when the journey seemed like it had reached its end. Or the vision that kept moving forward, even through uncertainty. So, when Dr. Khadija El Bedweihy was crowned the 1st Place Winner of She's Next 2026, we didn't just see a victory on stage. 🏆 We saw a journey that began with a vision, grew through relentless work, and created a lasting impact helping reshape the future of hands-on science education. Today, this is simply another milestone. The ship hasn't dropped its anchor yet. Because the mission isn't over. There are still more universities to empower, more students to inspire, and an even greater future waiting to be built. 🎥 Watch the story behind the award... because the greatest achievements don't begin at the moment of victory they begin with the courage to set sail. I hope this doesn't ruffle too many feathers. Innovation is my ideology, my political party, and my center - has been for decades. Leading these efforts inside some of the largest organizations in the world has been the privilege of a lifetime. This is the reason why it's so disappointing that the role of innovation leaders, and Chief Innovation Officers more specifically, hasn't lived up to its potential. With the dawn of the Great Transition, the age of intelligent technologies, coupled with radical changes in politics, demographics, and economics, there's never been a bigger opportunity and a wider opening for innovation leaders to usher in a new era. I took some time last week while on vacation to put pen to paper and attempt to articulate the opportunity of the Chief Innovation Officer and the current state of the role. I hope you'll take a look. Link to article: https://lnkd.in/gUD3qfBz Welcome to Human Innovation. #humaninnovation Human Innovation Institute
