One observation could look simple. ❓ Login issue ❗️Data mismatch ❓ Report not generated But after reading hundreds of observations, I realized something. Users rarely report the actual problem. They report the symptom. Finding the real problem became the real job. That experience completely changed how I approach UX. Now, whenever I see a complaint...
