Hello OneForma Support Team, I'm having an issue with my account. I created it successfully, but about a week later I was asked to verify my identity again. I completed the verification 3 times, but every attempt was rejected, and my account is now marked as "The user is inactive." I believe the issue may be that my Egyptian national ID is entirely in Arabic (name, address, and ID number), so the automated verification system may not have been able to process it correctly.
