This survey is vital to the continued development of PHP, and helps shed light on the important role it plays in software. If you’re in my network and work with PHP, take the survey!
It's survey time! The first official #State_Of_PHP Survey is curently open. https://lnkd.in/eq8smrNX Hey PHP people! How is PHP working for you? The PHP Foundation partnered with PhpStorm by JetBrains to make this survey. We want to hear from PHP developers directly: what works, what is painful, and what you think PHP should focus on next. You can take the survey here: https://lnkd.in/eq8smrNX It will be open until July 31. It takes around 15 minutes. Later this year, we will publish aggregated results. We also will share the raw anonymized dataset, so anyone in the PHP community can look at the data and make their own analysis. Please help us reach more PHP developers. Share the survey with your colleagues, friends, or communities where PHP developers are. More responses means better picture of what is important for PHP users! 💜 🐘
Thanks for sharing this! We're running a quick follow-up survey to dig even deeper into what's actually blocking PHP upgrades - not just "legacy codebase," but the specific thing behind it. If you've got 2 minutes, it'd really help: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfUXlKX4gpAhDNItNHZn-OxRhICIlnNd7H5fZxUVCvQJjb1fQ/viewform
