Middough Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Lillian Bennett, MBA to Engineer I. Lillian joined our Chicago office in June 2024 and has demonstrated significant professional growth through her contributions to client projects, including serving as the lead on multiple assignments. She has expanded her technical expertise, supported team development and technical knowledge sharing, and contributed to office safety initiatives as interim EHS Champion. Lillian has also pursued professional development opportunities, including participation in several client events. In her new role, Lillian will support engineering calculations, P&ID development and reviews, technical bid evaluations, vendor document reviews, and collaboration with clients and project teams. Outside of work, Lillian recently became the proud godmother to both a nephew and a niece. She enjoys traveling, has developed a passion for needlepoint, and recently renewed her interest in running.
