Always check your time switches! Last week I came across these two timers, controlling some outdoor lighting and some hallway lights. I was barely able to reach them and just managed to take a picture of them with my phone. This picture was taken at 13:21, the left timer shows 15:24, the right one 12:46. These switches are still usefull in situations where you don't have the opportunity for occupancy sensors, daylight harvesting or twilight sensor. (or combine them with the time switch) But at least check them twice a year: • Is it still operating? • Is the time displayed still correct? • Does the weekly schedule still represent the usage of the building? It's a quick win, it will take your technician just a few minutes to adjust it if necessary (or you can even do it yourself) #energysaving #energy #hotels #energyefficiency #quickwins

The Renesas RRH62000 features one of the smallest footprints in its class of sensor modules, measuring only 46.6 x 34.8 x 12 mm. It packs Renesas’ RA Family MCU and seven sensor signals: the laser-based PM1/ 2.5/ 10 sensor, ZMOD4410 gas sensor, and the HS4003 humidity and temperature sensor. Together, these sensors can detect particulate matter, total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), estimated CO2, temperature, and humidity all in one system. All key components have been pre-integrated and fully calibrated at the factory, allowing developers to start their sensor system designs right out of the box. #sensor #buildingmanagement #Renesas
