Unfortunately, I've been waiting for my security deposit to be refunded for almost three months now. They haven't responded to any of my inquiries, whether by email or mail, not even an official reminder helped me to get any info. Unfortunately, my experience is not an isolated case.

Same here my security deposit is not being returned and mails going unanswered. Habyt seems to be using the security deposit of tenants to buy more property elsewhere. I don't know much about German laws but I think this should be a crime and German authorities should treat it with severe action.
