#CaseHighlight | Dr. Bradley Spence recently completed one of his first minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS TLIF) procedures at the new ambulatory surgery center in Platte City, MO. The 57-year-old patient presented with L5-S1 stenosis. Dr. Spence utilized ExcelsiusGPS™ to plan and navigate the placement of CREO MIS™ screws before using the navigated DuraPro™ Oscillating System with the disc brush attachment for efficient disc removal. The procedure was completed with navigated placement of a SABLE™ expandable interbody spacer. The patient was discharged home the same day of the procedure and reported being pain-free. #ExcelsiusGPS #MIS #TLIF #CREOMIS #SABLE #DuraPro #ExpandableTechnology #spinesurgery #spinerobot #GlobusMedical Surgery Center of the Northland
