Transitions have always been one of the harder parts of teaching. Not the lesson itself but the moments in between. Moving from one subject to another, getting a group back after a break, and trying to reset the room without losing time. Those shifts can feel small, but they carry a lot of weight. What I’ve seen is that structure helps regulate the room more than intensity or demands. Something simple… Something repeatable… …and something students recognize. That’s where structured movement has made sense for us and those that already use our platform. It’s not a break from learning but it’s often a way to make the next part of learning more accessible.
