AI and Soft Skills in Modern Education: Enhancing Teaching and Learning

In an era where technology is reshaping every classroom, the Faculty Development Program conducted by Edunet Foundation in collaboration with IBM SkillsBuild brought together two seemingly different worlds, Artificial Intelligence and Soft Skills, to explore how they truly complement each other in modern education. This insightful session made the B.Ed. scholars of LLDIMS aware on how AI tools can enhance teaching methods, personalize learning, and simplify administrative tasks, while also understanding that no algorithm can replace the human touch of empathy, communication, and emotional intelligence that defines a great teacher. The session emphasized that tomorrow's educators must be equally comfortable navigating digital tools as they are connecting with their students on a human level. Because in the end, technology can support teaching, but it's soft skills that make learning truly meaningful.
