Proposition: Atlantic Canada #Epithermal #Gold #Silver Exploration Package Executive Summary: Atlantic Canada hosts one of the world's most significant—yet underexplored—Neoproterozoic epithermal gold corridors. This package offers a strategic entry into the Avalon Zone, a 3,000 km paleo-magmatic arc that shares a genetic blueprint with the high-output districts of the Pacific Rim and the Carolina Slate Belt. With Valentine Gold achieving its first pour in late 2025 and record gold prices exceeding $3,800/oz this year, the region has transitioned from a frontier play to a top-tier production hub. The Neoproterozoic Avalon BeltThe Avalon Belt is the northern continuation of the Carolina Slate Belt (USA). Strategic Insight: The Haile Mine (OceanaGold) demonstrates the potential of the Avalon; it was historically a small producer until deep drilling revealed massive, disseminated mineralization. Projects like Hickey's Pond and Big Easy exhibit the same surface "lithocap" signatures as Haile, suggesting the bulk of the gold remains untested at depth. Advantage: Unlike remote Northern Canadian plays, these projects are road-accessible, near deep-water ports, and connected to the provincial power grids. Production De-Risking: The first gold pour at Valentine Gold (Sept 14, 2025) and the advancement of Hope Brook to the PEA stage provide a clear pathway from exploration to cash flow. New Geological Models: The discovery of Shot Rock in Nova Scotia has opened an entirely new search space for low-sulphidation systems. Dorsal Gold a Solterra Project. jburke@solterraco.ca

S2 Resources Ltd has reached an agreement to earn up to a 75% interest in the Loch Lilly project, located 50-80 kilometres southeast of Broken Hill in New South Wales. The project covers a large, underexplored area interpreted to contain similar geology to the mineral-rich Mt Read Belt in Tasmania and the Stavely Volcanic Belt in Victoria. The Loch Lilly-Kars Belt is considered prospective for a variety of deposit styles, including polymetallic volcanic-hosted massive sulphide (VMS) deposits, porphyry copper-gold deposits, orogenic gold, and magmatic nickel-copper mineralisation. Despite this potential, the area has seen very limited previous exploration, with only 27 drill holes ever completed across the 955 square kilometre project area. Under the agreement, S2 Resources can earn an initial 51% interest by spending A$3 million within 3 years, including a minimum of A$1 million. The company can then increase its stake to 75% by spending a further A$3 million over the following 2 years. The private company San Antonio Exploration Pty Ltd, associated with Professor Tony Crawford, will retain either a 10% carried interest or a 1.5% net smelter return royalty. S2 Resources plans to systematically apply various geophysical techniques to generate targets, to be followed by drill testing. The company believes the Loch Lilly project represents a significant new greenfields exploration opportunity in a largely underexplored but potentially highly prospective region of New South Wales. Aston Bay Identifies 17 New Base and Precious Metal Showings at the Epworth Project, Nunavut The 2025 field results confirm the presence of high-grade mineralization, with rock sampling yielding results of up to 29.2% copper and 217 g/t silver. These vein-hosted mineralization are spatially associated with MobileMT anomalies, supporting a robust sediment-hosted copper system and potential for significant buried mineralization. The Epworth Project, located 80 kilometers southeast of Kugluktuk, is a high-potential property featuring a diverse mineral profile including copper, silver, zinc, cobalt, and gold. These findings further validate the company’s exploration strategy within this tier-one Canadian jurisdiction. Beauce Gold Fields (TSX-V: BGF) is redefining the largest placer gold district in Eastern North America. Our ongoing drilling has traced gold-bearing mineralization for 4 km along the saddle-reef antiform structure—a major geological feature believed to be one of the potential bedrock sources contributing to the region’s historic placer gold deposits. While the saddle-reef structure represents a separate exploration opportunity, our 2025 modelling has expanded the historical Placer Gold Channel Exploration Target to: 3.86 million m³ @ 0.81 g Au/m³ to 4.9 g Au/m³ (including nugget effect). (The Exploration Target is conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to define a 43-101 mineral resource, and it is uncertain if further work will lead to the delineation of a mineral resource.) Two parallel exploration initiatives are now underway: 🔶 Saddle Reef Antiform Drilling BGF will continue drilling along strike and at depth to further evaluate and refine this newly identified mineralized structure. 🔶 Placer Gold Channel Work In parallel, the Company is advancing exploration of the placer channel as a standalone target, informed by historical production and strengthened by recent modelling. Together, these complementary programs highlight one of Quebec’s most unique gold systems—where a modern lode-gold discovery and a historic placer target move forward side by side. We’re following the structure. We’re evaluating the placer. And the results continue to point in the right direction. TSX-V: BGF #gold #silver #exploration #quebec #mining #geology #placer #Beauce

Norwest Minerals (NWM) has announced the successful completion of the GSWA Aileron 2025 airborne magnetic and radiometric survey, which covered the company's 1,400 km2 Arunta West project area. The survey marks a significant milestone in Norwest's regional exploration strategy targeting silver and base metal mineralisation. The airborne survey was executed according to plan, with the data now entering the processing and verification phase. Norwest anticipates the final datasets will be available in Q1 2026, which the company will then use to map the prospective Sandman Fault, identify geological repeats of the high-grade Dales Gossan discovery, and generate precise drill targets to test for parallel mineralised systems. The Dales Gossan prospect, located within the Arunta West project, was the site of a recent silver-copper-lead-zinc discovery by Norwest. Drilling confirmed the mineralisation remains open at depth, with increasing width and grade. The company believes the current strong silver price environment enhances the economic potential of this strategic asset. Norwest is now poised to leverage the new regional geophysical data to unlock the full potential of the Sandman Fault and establish a district-scale silver-base metals camp within its 100%-owned Arunta West tenure. The company will provide further updates to the market once the final survey datasets have been received and interpreted. Kuniko Limited (KNI) has announced plans to commence a Phase-1 diamond drilling program at its Commonwealth Gold-Silver Project in New South Wales, Australia. The approximately 1,200-metre program is designed to test extensions of known high-grade gold and silver mineralization within the Commonwealth-Silica Hill mineral system. The drilling will focus on three priority areas - Commonwealth Main, Silica Hill, and Commonwealth South - and aims to deliver high-quality geological and structural data to guide future exploration. Kuniko has selected experienced drilling contractor Durock Drilling and secured all necessary permits and land access approvals, positioning the project to commence drilling in January 2026. The Commonwealth Project is located within the prolific Lachlan Fold Belt, a Tier-1 mineral province hosting major gold-copper operations such as Cadia-Ridgeway, North Parkes and Cowal. Previous exploration by Impact Minerals has defined JORC-compliant Inferred Mineral Resource Estimates at the Commonwealth and Silica Hill deposits, demonstrating the presence of high-grade gold-silver mineralization. Kuniko's systematic exploration work since acquiring the project, including airborne geophysics, soil sampling and target refinement, has generated multiple untested targets across the broader project area, providing scope for near-term discovery and longer-term resource growth. The upcoming drilling program represents a key step in re-establishing exploration at Commonwealth and advancing this high-grade gold-silver system.
