Olympio Metals Ltd, has announced the acquisition of an 80% interest in the Jacknife Silver Project located in Idaho, USA. The project is situated in the renowned Silver Valley mining district and includes the historic Conjecture Mine, which produced over 2 million ounces of silver at exceptional grades up to 22 ounces per tonne. The Jacknife Project covers a district-scale 7km trend of mineralised shear zones, with six historical high-grade silver mines that have collectively produced over 3.2 million ounces at an average grade of 12.7 ounces per tonne. The project also includes 335 acres of patented mining claims, which provide immediate access and limited permitting requirements for exploration and underground mining. 's Managing Director, Sean Delaney, commented that the Jacknife Project is an "excellent acquisition" that complements the recently acquired Raven high-grade silver project. He noted the project's significant historical production, the large-scale mineralised structures, and the advantages of the patented mining claims as key factors that make Jacknife an "exciting opportunity" to advance rapidly. The company plans to commence a maiden drill program at the Conjecture Mine to validate the continuity of high-grade mineralisation, as well as undertake surface mapping and sampling across the broader project area to generate and prioritise additional exploration targets. views the Jacknife Project as a significant step in building its portfolio of advanced silver assets in the United States. Southern Hemisphere Mining Limited, (ASX: SUH) has reported its quarterly activities for the period ended 30 June 2026. Key highlights include the completion of a 2,250m diamond drilling program at the Llahuin Copper-Gold-Molybdenum Project, designed to extend mineralisation in nine RC holes that previously ended in copper mineralisation. Results from this program are expected in August and will assist in targeting further resource growth and defining higher-grade zones within the expanding Cerro-Ferro mineralised corridor. Also provided were updates on other projects, including the Curiosity-Southern Porphyry Target where final assays confirmed broad copper-gold-molybdenum anomalism, and the Cardawan Copper Project, an early-stage low-cost high impact copper prospect in Western Australia. Additionally, the advanced Los Pumas Battery Metals Manganese Project in Chile is being actively marketed. Financially, there was $660k cash available at the end of the quarter, including $450k in drawdown facilities to provide funding capacity while awaiting drilling results. Caravel Minerals, has announced the completion of the Mining component of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) for its 100% owned Caravel Copper Project, located in Western Australia. The mining study supports an updated Ore Reserve of 597Mt at 0.24% Cu for 1.42Mt of contained copper, reported on 19 June 2026. The Project is planned as a conventional open pit, truck and shovel operation, developing the Bindi and Dasher deposits in stages. An ultra-class load and haul fleet has been selected, with the mine plan designed to support a transition to autonomous haulage. The mining parameters include a 12.5m bench height, 4% mining dilution, 3% ore loss, and a minimum mining width of 100m. Inferred Mineral Resources are excluded from the Ore Reserve and pit designs. The DFS mining report contains a life-of-mine production and material movement schedule that draws on Inferred Mineral Resources in the later years. The Company intends to de-risk pre-strip and early mining by engaging a tier one mining contractor, transitioning to owner mining thereafter. Investair - Know the market before you raise.
