How we work matters just as much as what we work on (no matter how impressive our CRM pipelines 🤓). Our teams embraced this reminder during Mental Health Awareness Month, signing up for e-learning modules, accessing online resources, and attending a workshop offering practical tips and tools. When our people feel supported, heard, and able to show up as themselves, everything else gets a little better too. It’s also part of why we’re building more intentional spaces for growth and learning, where our people can move at their own pace and actually enjoy the process. Special thank you to Suzy Reading for leading one of our most recent workshops 🙏✨
I've discovered lake life! A weekend on the water is a great way to relax and recharge, and be ready for the week ahead! Rich Hillgardner, LEED AP, RPA what's your go-to?

Nothing resets me like hanging with my pup on my patio. A little sunshine with my girl goes a long way - and some coffee of course. Stacy Wiglesworth how about you?
Mental health and workplace performance go hand in hand. It's great to see organizations creating space for learning, growth, and meaningful support for their teams.
Such a pleasure to work with an organisation that so clearly values and nurtures their people. Thank you for the opportunity to collaborate.
Nothing sets me up for the best working day possible like picking up heavy things and putting them down again in the gym 💪 and getting out in the sunshine anytime I can ☀️ Hey Laura Cain - what's your secret?
