I’ve always believed that great companies start with curiosity, the ability to ask better questions, see around corners, and turn ideas into action. In the AI age, that human skill is becoming even more important. Through the @HP Foundation’s HP LIFE program, we’re expanding access to practical AI, digital, and business skills so more people (esp. entrepreneurs) can participate and help shape the future. Since 2016, more than 3-million learners have used HP LIFE to help support their growth and ambitions. https://lnkd.in/gffXQFTX Today is World Entrepreneurs’ Day, recognizing the founders, business builders, and innovators who move economies forward. It’s also the perfect time to launch a new HP LIFE course, Strategic Planning in the AI Age, designed to help strengthen strategic plans & using AI in businesses today. Entrepreneurship thrives when people have access to the right tools, skills, and opportunities. Explore the Strategic Planning in the AI Age course and take the next step in turning ideas into impact. https://lnkd.in/grC99rpt HP #HPFoundation #HPLIFE #WorldEntrepreneursDay Pictured: Glovatrix founders Aishwarya Karnataki and Rudra Ghodke. “Companies don’t hire marksheets. They hire problem solvers.” That was the core message I shared with the enthusiastic MCA students during the Deeksharambh 2026 – MCA Orientation Programme at Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU), Dwarka Campus. In today’s AI-driven world, success is no longer defined by grades alone. It’s about curiosity, adaptability, critical thinking, collaboration, and the ability to solve real-world problems. My message to the students was simple: learn beyond the syllabus, build meaningful projects, embrace AI, and never stop learning. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Pankaj Lathar ,Director , HOD and the entire DSEU UNIVERSITY team for the warm hospitality and the opportunity to interact with such bright young minds. Wishing every student a journey filled with learning, innovation, and purpose. #FutureSkills #ArtificialIntelligence #HigherEducation #DSEU #MCA #Leadership #Innovation #cbse #schools #CareerDevelopment #GoGlobalWays

What will your teenager actually need to be good at in 2035? Let’s play a little game. AI will probably be able to write faster than them. Calculate faster than them. Search faster than them. Analyse huge amounts of information faster than them. Maybe even create things we haven’t imagined yet. So… What makes a human valuable in 2035? Here’s my bet: Critical Thinking Can you question information rather than simply accept it? Creativity Can you imagine something that doesn’t exist yet? AI Literacy Can you work with AI intelligently, ethically and creatively? Communication Can you explain an idea, persuade someone and actually listen? Global & Cultural Intelligence Can you understand people whose experiences are completely different from your own? Problem Solving Can you look at a messy, real-world problem and work out what to do next? Entrepreneurial Thinking Can you spot an opportunity and turn an idea into action? Collaboration Can you work with humans AND machines? Sustainability Thinking Can you create solutions that don't simply solve today's problem by creating tomorrow's? Humanity Can you show empathy, judgement, courage, curiosity and compassion? And perhaps the biggest one of all: ADAPTABILITY Because by 2035, the ability to learn something new may be more valuable than knowing everything today. That is why I created ExelQuests at ExelAcademy. We don't just teach teenagers about the future. We give them projects that make them practise for it. Real problems. Real decisions. Real collaboration. Real technology. Real consequences. Real skills. Because the future isn't waiting for them. Let's make sure they're ready to meet it. Success today depends not only on building great products but also on bringing together the right expertise, ideas, and people. Sigma Software Group exists to make those connections happen. We unite technology companies, venture initiatives, education, and research to help businesses innovate, scale, and confidently adopt emerging technologies. This vision also led us to launch the Sigma Software Group Entrepreneurship Program in 2025. Created for founders and entrepreneurs, the program helps build new companies and products within our ecosystem by providing access to Sigma Software Group’s expertise, brand, strategic network, and resources, enabling bold ideas to grow into sustainable businesses. “This ability to connect different capabilities becomes even more important as AI dramatically shortens the path from an idea to a working product. New products and business models can now emerge much faster, but technology alone is not enough to turn them into sustainable businesses. Success still depends on talent, strong research, entrepreneurial thinking, and the courage to experiment. My goal is to ensure Sigma Software Group brings these strengths together, helping our clients move faster from ambitious ideas to real business opportunities and long-term growth.” Valery Krasovsky #SigmaSoftwareGroup

Good luck to everyone receiving their A-level results today! 🎓 Whatever is written on that piece of paper, today is just one step in a much longer journey and there are more routes to building a successful career than ever before. In a timely new article, TechRound asked technology founders and entrepreneurs what they would do if they were 18 today, knowing what they now know about technology, AI, education and building a career. We’re delighted to see Rob Robinson , Founder and CEO of C86, among those sharing their experiences and advice. Rob’s perspective? University and entrepreneurship don’t have to be competing choices. Young people today have an incredible opportunity to combine education with real-world experience, experimenting with ideas, building things, developing their networks and learning from both successes and failures along the way. As Rob highlights, the careers and entrepreneurs of the future will increasingly need breadth: technical people with commercial awareness and commercial people who are technologically conversant. Most importantly, your first decision doesn’t have to determine your final destination. Keep learning, keep building and allow the plan to evolve. Congratulations to everyone celebrating today and if your results weren’t quite what you hoped for, remember there are many different paths to where you want to go.
