Big announcement for our Capital strategy at Eurazeo! 🙌 We're proud to announce that we have entered into exclusive discussions with Partners Group regarding the contemplated sale of our stake in Aroma-Zone, a natural beauty, wellness and selfcare brand with a highly distinctive consumer proposition. As part of the transaction, Eurazeo would be reinvesting alongside Partners Group, which is acquiring a majority stake, with a view to build a true partnership that reflects its continued confidence in Aroma-Zone's long-term growth prospects.   ➡️ Founded by the Vausselin family in 1999 and supported by Eurazeo since 2021, Aroma-Zone has built one of the most distinctive brands of the sector in Europe. By combining efficacy, safety and accessibility, Aroma-Zone has created a unique model that is redefining its industry.   Driven by a community of millions of customers and a deeply committed team of employees united around a common mission, Aroma-Zone has successfully entered a new phase of growth. Together with the management team led by Sabrina Herlory Rouget, Aroma-Zone has more than tripled its revenues, expanded its active customer base to more than five million and initiated its international development notably in Belgium, Italy and the United Kingdom.   As part of the contemplated transaction, Eurazeo Capital IV and its affiliates would sell their current stake in Aroma-Zone. Eurazeo Capital V and its affiliates would reinvest alongside Partners Group.
