#ACCIONA1H26 | We have delivered first-half results in line with our expectations for 2026 and reaffirmed our full-year targets, thanks to the strong performance of the Infrastructure division and Nordex Group, together with better-than-expected energy prices in international markets. The Group increased total revenues to €10.14 billion (+9.9%) in the first half of the year, reflecting the positive operational performance of its businesses. The asset rotation program –which includes two disposals completed in July for total proceeds of €498 million– will be reflected in the income statement in the second half of the year. TotalEnergies' 2Q26 result strengthened both sides of its two-pillar, multi-energy strategy. The company is serious about building power, but the quarter still does not show whether it would protect that strategy when cash becomes constrained, with current price shocks supporting its broad capital allocation framework. Germany’s 1.6 GW Nordseecluster: First Power Exported to Grid; Phase A 660 MW, Phase B 900 MW Key facts: * Total capacity: 1.6 GW * Phase A: 660 MW * Phase A turbines: 44 * Phase B: 900 MW * Phase B turbines: 60 Vestas * First electricity exported to the German grid * Phase A completion: early 2027 * Phase B commissioning: 2029 * Annual generation: approximately 6.5 TWh #Nordseecluster #OffshoreWind #WindEnergy #OffshoreConstruction #WindTurbines #Vestas #PowerGeneration #GridConnection #RenewableEnergy #EnergyInfrastructure #Substations #HVDC #Transmission #FEED #EPC #EPCM
First power at Nordseecluster A fed into the German grid just weeks after we installed the first turbine. At 1.6 GW across two phases, Nordseecluster is our largest offshore project currently under construction, and it is on schedule. NSC A reaches 660 MW across 44 turbines, co-funded by the EU Emissions Trading System Innovation Fund, and is expected to be fully connected to the grid in early 2027. Phase B will add another 900 MW from 2029, including 60 Vestas turbines. Together, the two phases will produce around 6.5 TWh a year, providing clean power for our industrial customers, helping to decarbonise the industry. The first power generation might seem like a single event. In fact, it required years of planning, fabrication, testing and commissioning, with complex onshore and offshore execution going hand in hand. This milestone belongs to #TeamRWE, to our supply chain partners and to our co-investor Norges Bank Investment Management. Complexity on this scale only works when everyone pulls in the same direction.

Corporations have moved ahead with the lease of subsea tracts in #Texas state territory for the establishment of enormous carbon capture and storage (#CCS) hubs offshore. Large, speculative leases have also been made in federal waters, despite the absence of Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) regulations or lease terms governing CCS projects. Proponents suggest offshore mid-Atlantic storage provides the most practical option for fossil-based industry in the Northeast. However, we find that this would require an extensive CO2 pipeline buildout and billions in 45Q tax credits given to companies capturing CO2. ⬇️Download our new fact sheet: https://hubs.li/Q04pHW050
