🇫🇷🇩🇪 Last week we were with Roman in Germany to give a workshop « AI for Development Productivity » to the AND Solution GmbH technical team. It was great to meet the team of AND Solution GmbH, their technical director Wolfgang Hobmaier and their offices with a great view above Munich. 🏙️ What did we do ? -> Aligned the team on a shared AI maturity baseline and a common vocabulary around agents, MCPs and context engineering -> Ran a hands-on Spec-Driven Development session on a real feature -> Explored agent loops such as orchestrator + sub-agents, feedback loops, guardrails -> Discussed FinOps for AI-assisted dev: cost culture, model-per-task, vendor flexibility What did we learn ? -> The bavarian flag which is 🔵⚪️ represents the sky of bavaria : « weiß-blauer Himmel » Very proud of this as it makes Rakam AI a European company 🇪🇺 Thanks Maxence and Comet Software for this opportunity !
