There is so much in the works in Cañon City. Congrats, it's nice to see this come together. Projects like this happen when the full ecosystem shows up: patient capital, public tools, and local buy-in. Always good to see models that bring visitors in and find ways to share that value with the locals, $3 wine included in this case 🍷 Eager to see what else this might enable over time.
