Rick Harrmann’s Post

There is so much in the works in Cañon City. If you haven't been here in a while, you're missing out on one of Colorado's most historic communities that feels a bit like stepping back in time where a simple walk on Main Street brings you to the heart of the community, to friends, to smiles, to meaningful conversations and a settled, peaceful pace. It's also a city with intentional design, and meaningful, patient investment by investors like Unbridled, who's vision and dedication to community is enriching our downtown and gaining recognition around the country and overseas. Change is not always easy or accepted in a smaller community, and change for the sake of change is highly ill advised. But intentional design, patience, and deliberate partnerships will help us grow as a community, the way that best fits our needs, our culture, and our community desires. It's rare to have investors like Unbridled partner with a rural community, but it's magical when their vision matches ours as a community. We should honor their investment, their patience and their dedication, because we are better for it. Come check this out! Thank you Unbridled team! Very well done!

A story more than a century in the making. We’re honored to be featured by Luxe Beat Media, sharing the restoration of Hotel St. Cloud—a place that holds the memories of both the wild and the tame. Thoughtfully restored and shaped by generations of guests, it continues to offer hospitality for the ages. Experience it for yourself in the heart of Cañon City! #hotelstcloud #boutiquehotel #historichotel #canoncity #southerncolorado https://lnkd.in/gJRk8gMU

Congrats, it's nice to see this come together. Projects like this happen when the full ecosystem shows up: patient capital, public tools, and local buy-in. Always good to see models that bring visitors in and find ways to share that value with the locals, $3 wine included in this case 🍷 Eager to see what else this might enable over time.

I had the opportunity to give a tour to a guest from the CSU Pueblo rural outreach office yesterday, and they were amazed by everything we have going on!

Such a wonderful part of the world, and a gem of the state! Thanks for all the work you do, Rick!

I need to come down and check out St Cloud!
