Glad to share that Wint Wealth has raised 250 Cr in Series B funding. This round has been led by Vertex Ventures (the venture capital arm of Singapore state investor Temasek Holdings) and co-participated by Eight Roads, Zerodha’s fund, 3one4 capital and Arkam Ventures. Retail participation in Indiaʼs corporate bond ecosystem has evolved meaningfully over the last two years with ~2 lakh orders getting placed in a single month now. This has opened a new diversified and sticky stream of liabilities for NBFCs and corporates across rating categories. We are grateful for the support of our 100+ NBFC and corporate partners who have been part of our journey over the past five years and have helped develop the online bond platform ecosystem. Excited to see the scale up of the bond market going forward! Ajinkya Kulkarni Abhik Patel Shashank Chimaladari Vinay Dubey Sruthi Sivakumar
Hello sir “Fixed returns” vs Real Investor Understanding (BIG ISSUE) The real issue Most retail investors: See 9–12% fixed returns Mentally compare it with FD Assume FD-level safety But corporate bonds ≠ FD. *Risk exists: Credit risk Liquidity risk Reinvestment risk Delay/default scenarios If expectations are wrong → trust breaks later. Why this matters for Wint Wealth *Trust is their biggest asset. One confused investor can: Write negative reviews -Spread fear -Hurt long-term growth
Congratulations on the Series B milestone! ₹250 Crore funding reflects strong investor confidence in the fintech revolution and Wint Wealth's democratization of financial investing. The focus on India's retail investors is an important market opportunity. Great journey and wonderful growth trajectory! 🙋

Congrats Anshul!
Congrats Anshul Gupta and the entire team.
Congratulations Anshul and team Wint Wealth
One strong differentiator I admire is how Wint Wealth is opening fixed-income beyond FDs. A key opportunity I see is deeper investor education around bond risk vs FD risk, especially for first-time investors. Clear scenario-based explanations can further strengthen long-term trust and retention.
