I grew up loving a hot bowl of instant noodles, that simple, soul-soothing comfort. College was incomplete without them.  Now, I see that same joy on my boys’ faces, and it reminds me how food connects generations. For the past two years, we’ve been working to bring back that feeling, the same comfort, reimagined for today in a healthier, better-for-you way. That’s how Wok Tok by Veeba Instant Noodles were born. NO palm oil. NO maida. NO added MSG. And probably for the first time, an Indian company is not charging premium for a product like this.  We are pricing it at Rs.15 A humble attempt at creating something which kids will love and mothers would be happy to give to their children. No palm oil , no MSG , no Maida but what about iodised Salt + Sugar + Maltodextrin ,Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (HVP) that contains free glutamates similar to MSG , Flavour Enhancer (INS635) ,Anticaking Agent (INS551) ,Acidity Regulator (INS330) , this is not something I would give my child . I am sure it would be comforting , soul southing but not healthier.

Great to see your focus on healthy food. But it would be great if you could reduce the sodium quantity in these noodles. One of your flavours contains 1147 sodium in 100 gm of noodles. This is way way way too high. WHO recommends upto 2000 units of sodium in a day. Something to act upon Viraj Bahl

Nostalgia always hits different✨️ Sir, I’ve always had this doubt . Is MSG misunderstood by people or does it really cause health issues?

This is a very clever mix of old and new ideas. The best food brands don't just make new things; they bring back old feelings and then make them new for the next generation. A healthy noodle at Rs.15 is not only good business, it's also good for you.

Viraj Bahl Hi, I have few pressing questions for you. What about the sodium content? What % of daily limits comes in 1 masala pack? and trans/saturated fat%? Instant noodles & soul soothing? I am not sure a health aware person will agree to that unless you present damn good substantiations & the full ingredient list. Lastly, you are calling it healthy and recommending this to kids, well what is the nutritious value in a pack, in terms of fibre/protein/vitamins? What good nutrition is here for the mothers to feed this to their kids? I am really not sure that aware & educated mothers will serve instant noodles to their kids. Alas, I really think FMCG brands should speak with a way lot more accountability. You guys after all put food in our bodies, fair?

Not sure why you are pricing it cheap. May be competing with Maggie. Which is just not needed. Instead Price it reasonable !! Brands use price to attract and then use low quality inputs to sustain margin in long run. Use good ingredients, be transparent and provide a sustainable quality. Indian consumer can afford Rs10-20 more as well...

Why do you write no added MSG? Does that mean the raw ingredients could have them?

Pricing at Rs.15 instead of going premium is the real move here—healthier alternatives fail when they become aspirational instead of accessible. At Sphyx Digital, we've seen how brands that democratize better choices (rather than gatekeep them) build actual market penetration, not just niche loyalty, and that's where category disruption actually happens Viraj Bahl

The ₹15 price point is the real story here, making healthier options accessible instead of aspirational is rare. If the taste holds up, this could reshape how families think about instant noodles.
