Serves as the primary standardized testing contact for students, families, and staff.
Coordinates communication regarding testing schedules, locations, and accommodations.
Maintains accurate records and generates reports of registrations, testing accommodations, and testing participation.
Coordinates and prepares rooms, testing materials, rosters, and proctor assignments with the Student Services Director or designee.
Organizes testing materials and testing sites, ensuring secure and smooth administration of all exams.
Assists in scheduling and training proctors and other staff involved in test administration.
Plans, organizes, and oversees make-up testing for students as needed.
Ensures compliance with testing policies and procedures.
Collaborates with the Special Education Department and Student Services Department to ensure proper documentation, organization, and implementation of testing accommodations for students with disabilities.
Coordinates with the Multilingual Department to plan, schedule, and facilitate testing for multilingual students.
Coordinates with Student Services and AP teachers to manage AP test logistics, including, but not limited to, registration, scheduling, and administration.
Assists in the coordination, scheduling, and documentation of Section 504 Plan meetings.
Enters, verifies, and maintains data in appropriate spreadsheets and databases.
Responds to inquiries in a courteous, friendly, and helpful manner.
Performs filing duties and other specialized department assignments.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, or compensating experience
Proficiency in using digital tools for data entry, scheduling, and communication
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information appropriately
Occasional flexibility in schedule to accommodate early morning, evening, or weekend testing administration, as directed
Experience in a school setting or related field (preferred)
Knowledge of accommodations, Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Section 504 Plans (preferred)
Working Conditions
Is under the supervision of the Student Services Director or designated administrator
