Summary

We are seeking an Strategic Buyer to manage purchasing activities, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of materials that support manufacturing operations. This role works closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders while tracking supplier delivery performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality, and invoice issues.
• Work with Engineering, Operations, Inventory, Sales, and Customer Service to support production needs.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data in the ERP system and prepare reports using Excel.
• Source materials, request quotations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; Excel proficiency preferred.
