Position Summary:
The Sales Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the sales organization. Sitting within the Analytics & Insights function and reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, this individual is responsible for translating complex sales data into clear, actionable intelligence. The Sales Analyst partners closely with Sales, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and inventory readiness are continuously monitored and communicated.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pipeline & Revenue Analytics
Analyze sales pipeline data, conversion rates, and revenue metrics to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver real-time visibility into sales performance for leadership and cross-functional partners
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business reviews, QBRs, and strategic initiatives
Forecasting & Scenario Modeling
Develop revenue forecasts and model scenarios to support annual planning, quarterly reviews, and in-season adjustments
Maintain rolling forecast models that reflect current pipeline, booking trends, and market dynamics
Provide forward-looking insights that enable proactive sales strategy and resource allocation
Ladder Plan Management
Update and manage ladder plans to ensure sales targets and account progression milestones are accurately reflected across systems
Communicate ladder plan changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment between Sales, Finance, and Planning teams
Track performance-to-plan and flag deviations requiring attention or corrective action
Inventory Monitoring & Availability Tracking
Monitor and maintain inventory levels across accounts and product lines, identifying availability gaps or surpluses
Surface actionable inventory insights to Sales and Planning teams to support proactive selling and campaign prioritization
Partner with supply chain and logistics stakeholders to ensure data accuracy across inventory tracking systems
Cross-Functional Forecast Collaboration
Collaborate with the Planning team to develop a unified demand forecast that aligns sales projections with operational capacity
Serve as a data liaison between Sales and Operations, facilitating consistent inputs, aligned assumptions, and shared accountability
Participate in forecast review meetings and contribute analytical support to consensus-building processes
Support Account Managers throughout the S&OP process by providing timely data, account-level insights, and analytical resources to inform their customer conversations and planning submissions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
2–4 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or a related role
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and scenario modeling
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
Exceptional attention to detail and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred:
Experience in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce environments
Familiarity with demand planning, S&OP processes, or inventory management systems
Exposure to ladder planning or account progression frameworks within a wholesale or DTC sales environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00- $95,000.00 annually, plus eligible for an annual target bonus prorated from the start date. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
