Project Engineer

Mechanical Project Engineer - Denver, CO

A leading mechanical contractor is looking for a Project Engineer to join its Denver operations team and help drive the successful delivery of complex construction projects.

This position is ideal for someone with mechanical or construction experience who is ready to take greater ownership of project coordination, financial tracking and execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project setup, costing, labor hours and scheduling

• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders and project documentation

• Track subcontractors, equipment and overall job progress

• Support project planning, meetings and schedule updates

• Assist with safety audits, billing and financial reporting

• Work closely with project managers, field teams and subcontractors

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of mechanical construction or related project experience

• Familiarity with construction project management software

• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail

• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in continuing toward a Project Manager position
