Job Posting: Training Program Coordinator


The U.S. Public Training Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive coordination and administration of multiple U.S.-based certification training programs. This includes live instructor-led, virtual, online, and on-demand formats.


U.S. Public Training Coordination


Responsible for the end-to-end coordination of multiple U.S. certification training programs – live instructor-led/in-person, virtual, online, and on-demand.

  • Secure US training locations for in-person events.
  • Ensure timely orders of training materials for instructors and participants.


  • Provide support for the Certification Team, Participants, and Instructors.


Pre-training administration and coordination – including, but not limited to:


  • Serve as LMS coordinator for assigned program types: develop and update course registration descriptions and dates as new offerings become available.
  • Coordinate cancellations and refunds with the Accounting Department.
  • Coordinate production and delivery of training materials and information to clients, participants, and instructors.
  • Prepare participants for their training experience by ensuring they receive all materials on time.
  • Prepare instructor’s materials to ensure a quality training delivery experience.
  • Coordinate location and catering services for public in-person events.
  • Support monitoring the shared training inbox and provide prompt, effective customer service.
  • Develop and manage targeted marketing campaigns to promote training programs, drive class recruitment, and increase enrollment.


Post-training administration – including but not limited to:

  • Download and review class surveys.
  • Review and finalize attendance records via LMS and reports.
  • Prepare, manage, and share online event recordings via Zoom, SharePoint, and LMS.


AEE Shows and Expo Training Event coordination – including but not limited to:

  • Assist with receiving and transporting supplies, Training Registration, distribution of materials, instructors, and attendees; and assist AEE Show and Expo personnel as needed.


Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide the necessary data and insights to support the development of the annual public training schedule.
  • Provide input from public training experiences to help shape future initiatives.
  • Provide support to the Training Department in the absence of team members.
  • Assist with the documentation and maintenance of standard training department SOPs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to support registration and promote training.

This position will be performed on-site at the AEE office in Atlanta, GA. The physical demands outlined below represent the requirements necessary to successfully perform the essential duties of the role.   • Extended Work Hours: Due to the nature of the role, working more than 35 hours per week may be necessary to meet job responsibilities. Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work may be required, particularly during events.
  • Physical Demands: The role may involve occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. Other physical tasks may be required based on the needs of the position.

Travel Requirements
