Base pay range

$19.35/hr - $19.35/hr
Title: Logistics Coordinator

Industry: Logistics and Supply Chain

Location: New York, NY

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily warehouse operations, including product reception, storage, picking, and shipping.
  • Assist Logistics Manager with E-Commerce and Inventory Operations as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between the internal team and our 3PL warehouse.
  • Proactively resolve shipping and transport issues across warehouse locations.
  • Manage returns process to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookup
  • Ability to travel between warehouse locations and NYC office three days a week
