IT Specialist & Manager – Entertainment, Streaming & Media

We’re partnering with a leading global entertainment and media company seeking an IT Specialist and IT Manager to support technology operations across its film, television, streaming, and corporate teams. These roles will help maintain the systems, infrastructure, and day-to-day technical support that keep a high-volume entertainment organization running smoothly.

IT Specialist | On-Site | Los Angeles | $30-50/hr

• Provide help desk, desktop, and end-user support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and account-access issues
• Set up computers, applications, equipment, and user accounts
• Support onboarding, offboarding, system updates, and device management
• Document technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed

IT Manager | On-Site | Los Angeles | $60-80/hr

• Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, systems, and support
• Manage IT specialists, vendors, service providers, and technology projects
• Oversee security, access management, hardware, software, and cloud platforms
• Improve technical processes, documentation, and service-delivery standards
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on technology needs and initiatives

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting users, systems, applications, or IT operations
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, Jira, device-management platforms, or related technologies
• Entertainment, streaming, film/TV, digital media, post-production, or creative and marketing agency experience is strongly preferred
• Leadership and team-management experience is required for the IT Manager role
