Front End Engineer

Our client is seeking a Front End Engineer to lead the design and development of intuitive, visually polished user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to visual detail and a deep understanding of human-computer interaction principles and interface design. This is a hybrid position based in New York City, NY or Fairfield County, CT.

Front End Engineer's Responsibilities And Duties

• Design, build, and maintain front-end interfaces with a strong focus on visual craft and usability
• Write clean, maintainable code in TypeScript
• Develop UI components and features using Svelte or React
• Apply human-computer interaction principles to improve usability and interface design
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate concepts into polished, functional interfaces
  
  

Front End Engineer's Qualifications And Skills

• Strong hands-on coding experience with TypeScript
• Experience building interfaces with Svelte or React
• Demonstrated attention to visual detail and interface craftsmanship
• Solid understanding of human-computer interaction principles and interface design best practices
• Full stack experience is a strong bonus, though not required
