About the role

As a content editor for Rednote, you will help shape the tone, feel and langauge of our in app content. Whether writing and editing for creators, users or our feed as a whole, we want it to feel inspired, creative and authentic. The best content pulls people in and makes them feel seen and this person will create that feeling for our creators and users through language, content design and social media writing. You will work with cross functional product, design and community teams to help roll out the foundation of Rednote's look and feel.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit and create in-app experiences for creators and users
• Work with cross functional teams to align lanugage for product releases, new features and in-app communication
• Content calendar creation and management
• Work with stakeholders to provide updates on content releases, the calendar and reporting on how the language is landing with our communities

Qualifications:

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience writing and/or editing for a tech company
• You have experience creating and editing in-app content
• You have a Bachelor's in Writing, Journalism, Communication, or Media Studies or equivalent work experience
• You are extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to keep the bigger picture in mind
• You have experience working in fast paced environments with tight deadlines and innovative products
