Base pay range
$26.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Construction Foreman
$26.00–$40.00/hr base + monthly bonuses — our foremen averaged ~$90,000 last year, with top performers earning over $140,000
TerraFirma has been the Pacific Northwest's trusted name in foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete repair since 2005. We're locally owned and operated — the leaders making decisions here are the same people you'll see in the shop. We don't just fix homes, we protect families, and our Foremen are the backbone of every job site.
Are you a proven leader who takes ownership of the job site and sets the standard for excellence? You're not just managing a crew — you're owning safety, quality, productivity, and team performance on every project.
MOST OF YOUR PAY IS GUARANTEED — NOT A BONUS PROMISE
Our base range is $26–$40/hr. That means the majority of your earnings are locked into your rate, not riding on variable per-job bonuses. Monthly bonuses come on top. Last year our foremen averaged ~$90,000, and our top performers cleared $140,000.
WHERE THIS ROLE GOES
Foreman isn't the ceiling here. Many of our leaders were promoted from the field. Our FIRM Foundations Mentorship Program and leadership development track exist to build the next generation of leaders — from inside.
